Strength training, sane nutritional advice and ACCOUNTABILITY are the answer and I can help.
  • My online training program will be tailored to your needs including: work out/injury history, equipment availability, time and personal preference.
  • I’ll send you your work outs, including instructional videos and answer questions you have.
  • We’ll tackle you’re nutritional demons together, habit by habit, building a solid, practical foundation that will last you the rest of your life.
  • I’ll check in weekly via email to make sure you’re on track and 1-2 times a month via Skype or phone.
  • You work out according to your schedule rather than being confined to the schedule of an in person trainer.
